Refund Policy for Tickets Now

At Tickets Now, we want to ensure a seamless and enjoyable ticketing experience for our customers. Due to the nature of ticket sales, please carefully review our specific refund policy outlined below.
1. General Refund Policy
Tickets purchased on Tickets Now are generally non-refundable, except for the cases stated below. Please review event details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Event Cancellations
If an event is canceled, you’ll receive a full refund of the ticket price (excluding booking, service fees and fees already paid to the event). You’ll be notified via email, and refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please ensure that your email address is correct and up-to-date in your account settings to receive timely notifications regarding event cancellations.
3. Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us within 14 days of the rescheduled date to request a refund (excluding booking and service fees). Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Partial Refunds or Exchanges
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or can no longer attend.
- Resale or Transfer: If you can’t attend, we may allow ticket transfers to other users, depending on the event. Please contact us to inquire about transfer options.
5. Refund Process
- How to Request a Refund: If you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us at refunds@ticketsnow.co.za with your order number and reason for your request.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
Booking and service fees, along with any additional charges, are non-refundable, even in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling, unless required by law.
Please note that booking and service fees will be clearly displayed during checkout and are non-refundable, even if the event is canceled or rescheduled.
7. Special Refund Considerations
In some cases, such as medical emergencies or travel restrictions, we may consider special requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with relevant documentation for consideration.
